21 Day Movement Playground!

This 21-Day Movement Playground is designed as a self-paced, communal, and supported way to disrupt habits of stuckness & inertia, while finding simple & FUN pathways to feeling good in our bodies, with approachable time commitments. Through daily guided movement "sparks" (3-15 min) delivered to your inbox each morning, we will follow our curiosity into motion, bypass resistance one step a time, and return to Embodied Aliveness & Wonder together! This isn’t about workouts or resolutions—though you will feel better in your body. It’s a 21-day practice of simply beginning, again and again, to see what happens when we step outside of our familiar patterns and put our curiosity into motion. The Journey ~ Week 1: Listen & Anchor – Moving with Sensation & Building Foundations ~ Week 2: Explore & Unwind – Reimagining Movement & Re-integrating Stuck Parts ~ Week 3: Inhabit & Express – Embodying your YES & Your Unique Expression The Content ~ 12 Videos: Deep Dives (10–15 min) Immersive explorations structured by themes like: Softening, Spirals, The 3 Regions of the Spine ~ 9 Audios: “Somatic Sparks” (3–5 min) Guided practice to enjoy On-the-Go movement during daily routines or “out in the wild”, like The Toothbrush Hustle ~ 2 Live Zoom Sessions (Recordings available): 30 min Welcome & Integration Session to bookend our experience (links sent after you join!) 1) Sat Jan 10, 10-10:30 AM EST: Guided Somatic Reset & Mapping, Brief Program Intro. +30min "spillover" time for Q&A + Shares 2) Sat Jan 31, 10-10:30 AM EST: Integration & Insight Session with Guided Embodied Contemplation & Somatic Mapping ~ Community Support: A shared virtual space for insights & celebration Give yourself, or someone you love, the gift of Movement Medicine.
