Ready to swim like pod of dolphins?! I am abundantly excited to share one of my favorite practices - Dolphin Dance, aka Water Contact Improvisation.
I will be sharing fundamentals I learned in Mexico with a group called Ocean Dance.
We will meet at Dormont Park - at the entrance on Annapolis Rd - and begin on land, finding our flow and mobility through guided & improvisational movement - solo, partner, group - always according to your interest and comfort.
Then we will begin to sprout our fins & gils and find our way to Dormont pool to play with solo, partner and community movement practices in the water!
Map points to park entrance, but there is extra parking at Pool about a 10 min walk away
Pool admission is $8. If cost is a barrier for participation, please contact me for sliding scale options. 3 Community Care sliding scale slots are available.
