Come As You Are & Move as You FEEL - FRIDAY June 19th as we welcome Noah Proudfoot from Asheville for a Sacred Soundscapes Movement Medicine Journey! Noah is a friend of our beloved Kevin May and both will be performing at the upcoming Free The Music Festival in NC - we are honored to have Noah visit Pittsburgh! Noah will blend live instrumentals & vocals with electronic medicine bass & world music. Tricia Chirumbole will open the space with a community circle & movement warm-up. Live acoustic cool down by Noah & closing circle for shares & integration with Trish <3
