Does the Winter Freeze & Holiday Frazzle have you yearning for some extra Warmth, Fun, and Restorative Bedazzle?! Well then, join us for a Movement Medicine - Holiday Reset! A Release & Rest Community Dance Experience to help you return to Wholeness amidst the holiday hustle & bustle.
THIS Sunday December 14th, 11 AM - 12:15 PM in the beautiful new Nova Dance Studio in Dormont - Free Parking. Accessible venue! This is an Adult focused 18+ event.
We will ground & center, dance & release, nurture & rest. This is a skillfully guided, free-form mindful movement and dance experience led by a newly minted cohort of Movement Medicine facilitators and hosted by Ecstatic Dance Pittsburgh founder, Tricia Chirumbole.
