6-wk Online Learning Journey w Peer Practice & Support Do you feel the call to hold deep, transformative space? Are you a coach, facilitator, healer, or community organizer who wants to go beyond traditional facilitation and honor the embodied experience and wisdom within a group? This course provides actionable, embodied techniques to create transformative containers, helping groups connect deeply and navigate brave conversations with integrity. It's an evolutionary practice of collective regulation and embodied coherence. What We'll Do This course blends theory with hands-on practice. We will: Prepare for Deep Work: Develop inner resources and anchors to co-create a field for deep work. Embody the Collective: Learn nervous system regulation techniques for yourself and the group, exploring co-regulation to build resilience. Practice with an Inclusive Lens: Apply trauma-informed and accessibility-informed principles, supporting consent and choice within diverse nervous systems and engagement styles. How This Course Will Change Your Work: This journey will transform your approach to holding space, moving you from a facilitator who "does" to a guide who "is." By the end, you will have the capacity to: Navigate with Resilience and Awareness: Skillfully navigate group dynamics and challenging moments, drawing on your own regulated system. Cultivate Brave and Inclusive Spaces: Honor the full spectrum of diversity, supporting a container where people can grow at their edges, not just avoid discomfort. Empower Collective Wisdom: Work with the group as a whole system to honor diverse voices and guide them toward a deeper sense of connection. Sustain Your Impact: This will become a regenerative practice, helping you prevent burnout and feel more connected to your purpose.
