Our Guide ~ Tricia Chirumbole
Tricia is a movement artist, community activator, somatic arts facilitator, and Reiki master. Tricia’s work is informed by a range of trauma-informed, movement/embodiment facilitation modalities, including: Dancing Mindfulness, Social Presencing Theater, Authentic Movement, and Body-Mind Centering. She is also informed by her ongoing training in movement disciplines, such as The Axis Syllabus, Contact Improvisation, and Afro-Dance.
Trish is the founder of Ecstatic Dance Pittsburgh & Co-founder of Pittsburgh Contact Improvisation and former Board President of the Open Space Institute - US.
